Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia contra Asobancaria, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado 13 Civil del Circuito de Cali, toda vez que se le dio aplicación al Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000 que resultó ser una norma contraria a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se remitió el expediente al mencionado Juzgado para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.

- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente al Juzgado 13 Civil del Circuito de Cali, para que, de forma inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
